    Game keeps freezing in main menu

    Update. Uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times. Tried installing just multiplayer and base game. Restored Xbox, cleared cache by unplugging Xbox for 2 minutes. Go to get on BO6 and as soon as I get into multiplayer it crashes, can’t go to loadouts, select anything. After 5 seconds sound goes out...

    Game keeps freezing in main menu

    I am having the same issue money swoosh. Same exact thing. Have left unplugged for 2 min, reinstalled and uninstalled everything. Nothing seems to work. Weird white red skin when going to multiplayer then kicks me to Xbox series x dashboard. Help someone lol
