    Is anybody else unable to play campaign?

    I downloaded the game a few days ago and it still asks me after almost every multiplayer game to purchase Cold War when I'm obviously playing Cold War.... it also wont allow me to play the campaign and has a lock icon next to it when I have the campaign pack already downloaded. Anybody else...

    Cant Play Cold War Campaign

    The campaign shows up as locked. All content has been downloaded. When I click on campaign it prompts me to purchase Cold War when I already have it downloaded. I did use gameshare to download it and I wasn't the one that purchased the game so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it...
