    Strela-P issues and Rocket Launcher Leveling.

    I've been playing a good bit and fnally decided to start leveling all my guns to max. But i'm hitting a long issue with the Launchers and the Strela-P. For an anti vehicle Launcher vehicle, it takes too many rockets to take a VTOL down. Three rockets which equals the amount lock-on launchers...
