    I have exactly same problem .. tried all possible ..reinstalled game , even reset my Xbox one, restart wont do anything..Absolutely non existing support from both Microsoft or Activision.. requested a call back from Microsoft..never happened.. submitted a few tickets to Activision.. No reply...
