    fixed it..seems my motherboard was way behind..did a flash to update the bios and all is well..phew...only lost about 50 hours of my life trying to figure this out..lol

    got it..thanks.. no good.. was at 9..tried 7..froze up..tried 8 same thing.. Ever since this reload of season 3 Seth Rogan crap update. MWIII plays fine..
