    Low FPS, stuttering no matter what setting

    Cold War once loaded drops to around 4 fps no matter what setting I do, low, high, etc. If I tab out and go back into cold war about 8-10 times the fps will stabilise to around 140 fps. However only for a short amount of time. I have an i9-9900k paired with a 3080 FTW3, 32gb of ram and running...
