Aim feels off pc (mouse and keyboard)

I have had mw2 since launch and even after importing my settings for mw2019 and even loading up the game and noting down the settings just to double check, my aim is far worse than mw2019. My flicks and everything possible to do with aiming is much worse than mw2019. Have they changed anything and if anyone know a potential cause/fix, it would be appreciated. I'm not the best player but was able to get a decent amount of solo warzone games but now struggle to even get more than 1.

A lot of things come to mind about this but if I could ask a few questions first it may be helpful.

1. Windows version
2. video card
3. type of mouse and keyboard (including wired or wireless)
4. Same computer as back in 2019?
5. Field of view setting in game
6. Campaign and multiplayer same issue?
7. Firing range testing the same result?
8. Any other newer game have the same problems?
