Beginner lobby and no variant lobby

I think there should be no-prestige lobby where new players or those learning have chance to enjoy. Also in that lobby there will be restrictedusing of weapon variants besides common. I think that is good idea cause it is not ok that some players cant enjoy the game cause some richman have all epic variants. This is example: i was playing genesis and i got in gunfight with some prestige player. I had weapon with better time to kill, haven' miss any hit, was first to shoot and had bigger fire rate and he was not using shotgun. He still killed me cause of epic variant.
