Blackout trial has ended???

We pre purchased Black Ops Cold War Ultimate edition and so far everything worked as planned until today. We turned on the game and received this message. “Blackout trial has ended”. There are two options... buy full version or cancel. I have tried both options. Buy full version takes me nowhere and cancel just takes me to the Cold War Home Screen telling me to press A... problem is “I can’t press A”!!! This is just one more super frustrating thing with this game... I won’t go into the graphics when trying to play multiplayer with two people.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes happened to me as well. I bought The standard edition though. But you are not alone! Very frustarated

Well there is a fix... I went to the app in my games menu, pressed the button to the left of the “x” button, chose manage game and add ons, install all content packs available for download... I actually just chose all of them... saved and then let the Xbox roll. I then started the game and it worked.
