Bo6 multiplayer issues

Hello!! Started up bo6 today for the first time, whenever i try to joining multiplayer or zombies i just get the message in the photo i attached.
Restarted ps5, the game and my wifi ruter, nothing helps.
Anyone got any idea?

Thankyou for the tip, tried it but now i cant even get in getting te wallop-charles error code
