Im hiding at the other bomb and the enemy plants the bomb and hides in a corner far away but facing the bomb. I run up to the bomb from another way and he doesnt see me and I start defusing. My team mates see him and kill him at the very last second and I defuse the bomb.

Does that count?

No, it doesn't. The other team is on the other side of the map, and you guys just came in and defused the bomb.

Ninja Defuse is when a player is setting up the bomb or defusing the bomb, but you're right behind him - he doesn't realize it until after you defuse the bomb.
