im tired of call of duty not launching

well after cod decided to stop launching after 3hours of uninstalling and installing and trying to find answers on the web and youtube i have made no progress at all and have uninstalled anything and everything that has to do with call of duty and battlenet. everytime i hit play it says call of duty did not stop like it should and wants me to go in safe mode so if i go in safe mode or choose not to it just keeps going back to the play button. im just so over it. it has been a nightmare. so ill be sticking with counter strike 2 i guess.
 
As I recall you made some hardware changes recently. It could be related to that. However, I would make sure that all of the windows updates are up to current levels. What build of windows are you currently running?
 
windows 11 only change i made was going back to nvidia gpu but issue has happened off and on again for sometime but now its constant. i have a 1 tb main ssd and a 2tb second ssd for my games. cod was on the 1tb but because its so big i reinstalled it on the 2tb. but the problem happens on both ssd so its not that.

my system is going on 4 years i might just make the move to ddr5 am5, looking at the 7800x3d with the msi b650 tomahawk and a 2tb samsung 990 pro and then ill still have my sabrent 2 tb and 1 tb for storage
 
Make sure that the old video card drivers have been completely flushed from your system so that there is no potential conflicts between the two completely different video card types. Also anytime you up date your drivers be sure to choose the Clean Install option.
