Shi no numa monolith not spawning

Hi guys,

I'm trying to complete the Easter Egg in CoD Vanuard Shi No Numa but the Monolith does not appear by the tree at Doctor Quarters exterior, nor do the cipher papers or the alter in dig site. Ive tried googling this to see if its a known bug or something like that but cannot seem to find anything related to what im seeing. Im playing solo offline on PS5 so i thought maybe one needs PS Plus to play through the whole Easter Egg but it doesnt seem to be the case either.

Any tips?

A year later I've now encountered the problem did u find a way to fix it cos im stressing out over this
