What is the distance for Point Blank

Been doing the shotgun and its wanting 30 point blank kills. Been in Shipment and Vondell and have been killing people from 5 feet to almost touching my gun and its not counting.

So whats up with that

Been hanging in Shipment both Core and HC. Ive been almost on top of them and it has been random whether it counts or not. Pointing at head standing behind him not counting.

if its a dmz mission the shipment map is not a dmz map so it will not work there. as far as vondel idk why it wouldnt count but i know you got to be in thier face, headshot point blank and it should count i didnt have any issues with that mission.
