Winter siege

So I am on the west coast and I was pretty sure that winter siege was supposed to go until 10 am pst.... at 0930 you drop an update and end the winter siege. .... Why not do what you say you are going to do?????!!!!!!!

I think they made that move considering the timezones. I think they actually did do what they were going to do, it's just 30 minutes difference.

If you say 10 am pst, and cut it off at 0930 pst that is not doing what you said.

Also there are no 30 min. Time zones

Right now it's 2:05 PST, I live in California. But in another part of the world, it may be ...7:06 AM in Japan. They shut it off at 0930 - they were not concerned about us, the California residents, they were probably concerned about people on the other side, like I said - time zones.
