armor is paper plates now after last patch

Is damage SUPPOSED to pass through the armor

they changed the damage reduction on the plates. instead of metal , now they are paper.
What he's saying is that the meta for the armor changed after the patch. They reduced the Time To Kill (TTK) via Armor. People would complain and bitch about how powerful the armor is, and you're seeing the reduction in action. Here's me slowly clapping at those whiny babies. Now they'll learn why complaining about armor was stupid in the first place.

Of all the things the devs could have listened to and fixed *cough*vehichles*cough* they reduced the ttk 
Less gunfights and more deaths from being peppered with an ar from across the map. Shame.
Also if someone is using the fmj rounds in their loadout I think they do a small amount of hp damage through the armour.
