Hi guys ..

Im new to COD Modern Warfare
Can someone please explain to me what are Xps Double Xps Tokens and Tiers !!
How to use them and when, are they permanent ??
What is the benefit of using them ??
After finishing a game i get some Card like images that say i won some Xps, but when i click on it its locked !!
One more thing, how many levels ( ranks ) are there in the game, if im at level 9 for example how far can i reach ?
In the old version of COD if you reach level 50 you will get Prestige, is it the same here in Modern Warfare, cause i see many players beyond 50 level ?

Thanks ......

XP is Experience Points. They are used to rank up in Modern Warfare. You have a number right next to your username, that's your current rank. If you click "Barracks," and click "Rank Progression," you'll see where your career rank is.
A "Tier" is the next rung on the ladder of the Battle Pass. The Battle Pass has its own menu, you can see it in multiplayer menu, it's not that hard to miss. It's shining bright. The more you progress, the more DLC you obtain. Since you're new, your account is a "free tier" which is different from the "Battle Pass Tier" which nets you more valuable DLC. You can either collect Call of Duty Points to buy Battle Pass, or you can purchase Call of Duty Points to get it.

Double XP and Double XP Tokens are related to each other, but is actually different. I've already explained to you what XP is, so what's Double XP? Well, it's actually a timed event where you gain more experience points per action. Say you shoot someone and kill them, instead of collecting 100XP for it, you gain say 200XP per kill. Double XP Tokens is a little different, where it's not actually a "timed event" per-se, it's more of a consumable event, where you turn it on... as you turn it on, there's a timer. That timer clocks down, but you gain XP more, like regular Double XP.

Double XP ends when Infinity Ward says so, so if you see Double XP icons on the lower right corner of multiplayer, look for the end time. Double XP Tokens can be used by pressing the R3 button (PlayStation 4), or left analogue stick. (Xbox and PC players can chime in with their experiences here.) Double XP and Double XP Tokens are not pernament, only ends at the clock ticking down.

Those images and XP "stats" at the end of each match is what you got from the overall match, so to see your rewards, you'd have to know what the items are, and where to find them. There's usually a green flashing, pulsating dot next to buttons. Go in there, look for your rewards. Follow the green pulsating warning dots.

There is NO prestige mode in 2019 Modern Warfare. But the developers said they'll have a solution to this in the coming weeks or months. The highest level you can reach before you're at Max is 155. Battle Pass has 100 Tiers.

If you use the battle pass you can go beyond 55. You will reset to 55 each season. You can see your linear level in the barracks. If you wanted to relate that to a prestige level you could calculate it from there using past experiences in previous games.
