I Noticed your monitor is 60Hz and your FPS counter limit in game is set to unlimited. This can cause screen tear and flickering once the game goes above 60FPS on a locked to 60FPS monitor.

1st off reset all your graphics settings to default in game. then go to general tab up top then go to field of view, put that all way up to 120. then go back into graphics tab at top. TURN OFF V SYNCH . scroll down to render resolution then advanced. put that render resolution all way down leave your aspect ratio setting below that on automatic. Now put your display mode at top on FULLSCREEN ONLY. THEN apply settings at bottom. Now if that works you can go back and maybe adjust your render resolution to your liking of fps etc.

grrr put general tab to default also. before making your settings

I did do all these things, after the games update today. Things seem much more smoother. But it is still horribly slow in all the loading screens, particularly after a match is over. I will continue to tweek things if need be. Thank you
