Multi Creating a (Pub Stomping) Org/Clan with Funding

I've been gaming since Rainbow 6 Vegas back in the old days. I have lead numerous competitive MLG teams/Pub Teams and I'm ready to start my next chapter. I'm an old gamer thats been around and I'm looking for skillful players that have the ability to grow as a team and listen while being respectful to the rest of the team. I need guys that want to help me build this Org/Team from the bottom up. I believe in winning, having fun, and having ZERO ranking structure. I'd like to start with just pub stomping playing ALL game modes Warzone included and if the time comes we might play GB/CMG ladders.
