Warzone Game not playable

I have played Fortnite since it came out and was enjoyable at first. The game has turned into a catalog of cyberbit characters/accessories to buy.
So I decided to move up to the big boy games and downloaded COD Warzone. Couldn't play because of GPU. So I purchase a Nvidia RTX 2080 and a ViewSonic 165 hz moniter for $1500 plus. I have read guides and practice in training grounds and was ready for play. I have tried solo, dual, trio, etc. and the game goes into a find players mode and never comes out except for one time in Bloody something. Do you think it is my location (central US) or time of day?
Any suggestions on web site for Warzone?
Thank you for letting me let off steam. My dog listens to me complain but never has any helpful suggestions.

This sounds very fishy. The fact that your GPU is able to boot the game and play training without crashing says your hardware isn't an issue. You seem to be trying to get around a hardware ban.

No problem until I go to the actual start, solo, dual, etc. then the ms clicks up to 300+ and then nothing. Not sure what you mean by getting around a hardware ban.

So let's refresh. Your ISP is capable of playing Fortnite without issue and typically pings around 10ms. You spent $1600 on a 2080 and a 160hz monitor which is overkill hardware and have no hardware issues running the training modes. Yet when you try to join Warzone it cycles through increasing ping searches endlessly, which is exactly how certain games hand out shadow bans, and you claim not to know what a hardware ban is.

Again, this all sounds very fishy IMO.

I’m not getting this, is ping the same as ms? I’m on PS4, is 52 and 92 ping good or not. The lowest it will start from is about 26 but always moves up. I doubt my PS4 hardware has been banned!

I sorry, I am really confused by this line here, I really don't understand what you mean by pinging your own system and getting 8 or 9ms. When I ping my own system it comes out at 0ms, which means it takes that long for my network card to send a packet to itself and receive it.

8ms seems very high if that's what you are talking about.

When I ping my router I get a 3ms average rate, a high of 7ms, and a low of 2ms, my ping is higher than it could be as I have to run a wireless connection for my PC.

This video talks about how to identify exactly where your issues are coming from, once we know that it is easier to try and remedy the issues.

I’m on PS4! My ping sometimes jumps from about 25 and then to 52 and l can get a game, sometimes jumps again straight too 92.

I don’t know if this is a good ping for a PS4 in the UK, assuming pc users can get better ms?

My answer was for the OP, he is on PC, but if you search YouTube for a fix for high ping in CoD MW on PS4 there are a lot of videos that will help you.
