No, I just played in this lobby yesterday in Season 5.

It's mind boggling that IW can't figure out how to auto-ban for these kinds of hacks. If the system detects this kind of accuracy at those ranges over long distances (>100m) it should insta ban for an aimbot. No human can shoot like that.
