The more I play this the more I regret spending my money on this game..

The game does grow on you. I had my issues with it at first, especially Fireteam (still do) but I'm really enjoying it now.

Can be fun from time to time but I think it's more of a getting used to it.

I don't want to get used to lesss and a broken damage model though, not for 60 bucks x)

Graphics and sound for sure is a downgrade if comparing to Modern Warfare. But the feel of the game play is way better then Modern Warfare, IMO. Though the connection from both games still very terrible. Hit marker machine so I have to camp. Love it when people tell me “you need to aim better”. Sorry, getting 4-5 hit markers is awesome aiming.

Aright so I've decided to ride this ne out for a bit. The zombies is entertaining enough to keep me occupied. And although the SMG, AR, and LMG damage is inconsistent, the Snipers are really satisfying. I'll ride it out for bit and see what happens. This game might not be a 4 year EA title but I still remember the first 3 months of BF4. Awful hit reg, terrible weapons, servers and clients just broken, and an overall hatred and disappointment across the board. And now years later it's in the top 5 best games in my library. If the devs actually try this game has some good potential.

I do agree, Snipers are the only thing I really enjoy in this game.

Still waiting for some decent update to fix at least the hit reg issue.

As for the game, I'm digging it. I think it's fun to play and been having a blast with it. I'm a fairly new COD player though with the last game being the first one I've really played. I used to spend most of my time playing 3P Uncharted & SW Battlefront and always kind of avoided 1st person shooters. But now I'm getting hooked and not sure I'll ever be able to play 3P again lol.

As for the camping, I'm not sure how anybody can complain about any style of play in this game. Yeah, I hate campers. I like running around, getting in gunfights and trying to outgun guys. But it's a style of play and frankly most campers don't win much because they don't play objectives the majority of the time. They just camp all match, put up good KDR's, and lose. If it makes you happy to lose, then more power to you I guess.

Same thing for snipers if you ask me. Sit in a spot, idle, and get lucky one-shooting somebody a long way's away that never even saw you. Wow, you're cool. Can't win a real gunfight, so cower away somewhere and snipe. Basically falls along the same lines as camping.

At the end of the day though, play however you want. It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of life and nobody really cares.

This ALWAYS happens with launches of Call of Duty. I'm guilty of the same syndrome, of hating campers. I just hate them. However, your style of "camping" is what I do, too. But the difference is, I want to counter the campers, like that open container in Shipment (2019). Thing is, though, Black Ops games are supposedly "rusher" friendly. Hence the pronounced hate for campers.

Yeah, a lot of people got the train of thought from the issues of Ghosts/Advanced Warfare.

I guess so.

So I agree to a point with what your saying, but the problem with camping right now is the score streaks/ kill streaks. Winning or losing a match ultimately depends less on player skill and more on who can call in the best streak fastest. If I had a Nickel for every match I've lost to head glitchers, corner campers, and spawn trappers I would be a millionaire. Play one match on nuke town, get rekt by 13 napalm strikes, cruise missiles, and gunships gotten by jeep and railing campers and then come tell me that camping is a legitimate strategy. Due to SBMM as you've said, high KD. The skilled players that run around and play objectives at the same level of KD/SPM. Get fucked by score streaks, so you might say run ghost and cold blooded to be invisible from them. That still doesn't change the fact that the guys getting these streaks are still in their corners holding pixel peaks, killing you from god knows where. Crossroads Strike, Armada Strike, Nuke Town, Moscow, Satellite, and Miami are a corner campers wet dream. Secondly saying that corner campers don't win matches in completely false. As any round of domination results in capping bravo and going prone in corner watching the objective or in the objective. (I looking at you Crossroads tank and Moscow escalator campers)

I wish they would add a mode with no kill/scorestreaks. They did it multiple times in MW but it was always only for a short time.

It was actually awesome to play without them for a while
