Newbie .... stuck .

Okay so I just got the game the other day , and I doing the campaign for now . I am on the part where Laswell get kidnapped, I'm in the tr8ck with Price , but for some reason the game won't let me pick up the grenade launcher that I need to continue . Any ideas on what to do . This is on the Xbox One

I had the same mistake on PS4. Price has a rocket launcher on his back. He moves quite a bit. So let him move to the gun position. There should be a prompt.
