Please Help reset controller settings to default parameters PS5!

I uninstalled and reinstalled MW2 hoping the controller aim settings would go back to out of box settings, but it didn't change. The settings were changed by me but it made the game unplayable as I can't hit anything because the controller is jerky and fast and not smooth. where is the reset to default button?

I think that reset tab at the bottom should return the settings to default.
