Cold War doesnt feel smooth

I have 170hz monitor and im getting 170+fps in game but game doesnt feel smooth. It feels like 60hz and 60fps. I select 170hz setting in game but nothing changed. I play mw2 too and it feels very smooth but cold war feels 60hz. Im playing on steam. Does anyone know solution?

Off hand I would suggest running the scan and repair option simply to rule out any problems with some of the files. Also make sure your video drivers are up to date. Good Luck. Could be the servers for cold war too might be having an issue.

I did scan and repair it says no problem and my driver is last version of amd driver. I deleted cold war. I will download it again so lets see if its fixed.
