Warzone Problem: Shining buildings in warzone

This is a problem i've encountered lately where some houses in warzone shines like in the pictures i've attached. I cannot find a reasong for this and i have tried reinstalling the game twice. Anyone else has this problem?

I must be the hardware but i dont notice these kind of "problems" in other games. I just got myself a 4070 two months ago and i've seen this the last month so it has to be the GPU, right?

What driver version # ?? Sometimes a driver update is crap so try rolling back to a previous version to test this out.
