BO6 files installation problem (ps4)

Hi to everyone, im a new member and im writing here because i have a big problem.

Im italian but i live in Japan. Im still using the PS4 i bought in italy and my main PSN account is the italian one. Btw, last week i bought BO6 in a shop here in Japan, its not the first disk i buy and usually i dont have any problem with that. I came back home, i put the disk in and i installed a 57gb upgrade version. Here there is the problem: when i started the game, seemed i didnt have the game or idk what. It's written that i have to download and install the files for the multiplayer and for the campaign, but when i try to do it i cant, the PS Store says literally "now you cant do it, try later on".
I also tried to make a Japanese account but in this account the game get freeze in the first menù.

What i should do? Is it a problem of the disk or its a problem about my account? Or its just a bug by activision?

I do believe there are issues when you did what you did. Who did you buy the game from? Reach out to them and let them know what is going on and how to resolve it. Pretty sure that Activision cant do anything about it.

I just bought the game in a game shop, the disk seems okay but actually there is something strange about it. If i delete the game's data and i insert the disk again, for the first seconds the app logo is the one of MWIII, then it changes on BO6. I also downloaded in the past Cold War, Warzone and the open beta of MWII/MWIII, i dont know if it could be important.
Btw im sure that the shopper will never fix this problem, i hope they'll change my disk but im not sure that the disk is the real problem

Im sorry, but seems i found something similar on reddit (only about the campaign), so seems im not the only one. Do you know if there is a kind of support chat for BO6?
