Can't fetch profile in Warzone

After the recent update I logged in and played just fine. While logged in I created a previous loadout weapon. After doing that I can't log in any more. It won't fetch my profile. Apparently you can't use older loadouts in the updated version.
I need to delete that weapon but need to be logged in to delete it.
Anybody know a fix for this if I can't log in?
 
  1. Launch the Xbox App.
  2. Select Call of Duty from installed games.
  3. Right-click on it and select the Manage.
  4. Click on the Files.
  5. Select Verify and Repair.

I am NOT playing on a PC. I'm playing on an Xbox One. There is no "right clicking" on anything. How do you do this on the Xbox One?
