    Call of Duty 1 -- cannot see end video, audio only - any fix

    Just re-playing this for the first time in years, and was a little bummed when I got to the end and the final video of the Russian soldier talking over historical scenes was just a black screen, though the audio worked fine. I know why this likely happened -- because I forced on the game an HD...
