2XP Icons

There is one of the three 2XP icons I have no idea what its meaning is. The icon looks like books or pamphlets. Could someone please help me out here on the meaning of this icon?

not sure wich one u mean, but theres one for normal lvl XP and one for weapon XP. Every now and then there is a season pas XP event in the weekends that has is own symbol, so maybe thats what you mean?
