I have noticed a HUGE uptick in SPECIALIST BADGES in loot boxes.. Kewl.. 
Keep in mind that to get the full range of Specialist bennies, you have to use Warzone/Modern Warfare weapons.. Some of the benefits don't apply to BO CW weapons...
