A wierd thing about black ops

Why is it every time yourself( Mason), Woods, Bowman, Hudson, Weaver or Reznov are about to get killed or captured Mason or whoever you are playing as always finds a pistol on his right hand side at literally the same spot as the time before or the time after

its just a game, play it and have fun questions like that ruin the experience.
