I have a big issue with my account being hacked and I am not sure how to sync it. Looking to see if I can grab some help from someone. Basically, someone hacked my old activision account and synced it to a new email. So my xbox account is now under a new activision email, which I can not get access to. Unfortunately, every time I try and do the account recover, it send me to login to my Xbox account which in turn tells me to log in to an activison account. It is a never ending cycle of logging into an account that I do not have access to and there seems to be no support on activision's side. I have tried everything with that website and there is nothing really for me to do. Is there something im missing? (And yes I created a new activision account to try to sync with my xbox account and it says my xbox account is already synced with another account. I also can see the email in my inbox of the hacker switching emails.)
