Hacked account

Hey guys just wondering if any of you have come across this problem. I received a few emails stating my account had linked to another account on stream and I became friends with someone I don’t know. Next email says I’ve been banned. Activision’s website detects no bans. So I decided to start a support ticket. Through the process it detects no linked accounts (PS). Next I try to link my PS account and all I get is an error message. Very frustrating since the only way to get ahold of ACTIVISION is through their website
