AMR impossibility

So I'm trying to rank up the reticles for the AMR, but it seems impossible because one of the challenges is to get 50 headshots with the Solozero NVG Enhanced scope. However, this scope isn't even available as one of the available scopes for the AMR. So is this basically impossible to get?

Yeah. The AMR is actually powerful, but got a slight nerf recently, due to people complaining. However, it's still good, just a little harder to do challenges. One of those challenges includes headshots. So, just slug along the headshots challenge, and you'll be awarded the Scope.

I believe the reticle challenges are not dependent on the weapon, just the specific scope. For instance when I put a VLK on my AMR and go to the reticles, it says I have "129/200 kills with the Scout Combat Optic". When I do the same for the AX-50, I get the same 129/200 kills message about the Scout Combat Optic. It also says that when I complete the 200 kills, it "Unlocks this reticle for all weapons using the ACOG scope".

So these aren't weapon specific. If there's a reticle challenge requiring you to use the Solozero NVG, that scope is only available for AR/SMG/LMG/DMRs.

I could be off-base here since I haven't given any effort to reticle challenges yet, since the only optic I use is the VLK and the base reticle is the best one anyway.

You sir, are 100% correct. I just tested this out and the reticle challenges are not dependent on the weapon. I just used the Solozero NVG Enhanced scope on the Bruen, and the progress I made on it shows up no matter which weapon I use. Thanks for the reply. Cheers.
