Battle pass tokens?

I went to have a look at a weapon in the battle pass, thinking pressing square would look at it more detail, what happened was it gave me 3 full bar passes/skips, cos the bar was halfway on something it gave me 4 new items?
How do you get these battle pass tokens? I haven’t purchased anything either?

Do you mean the CP points?

You unlock those by playing. There's around 13 in each season for a total of 1300 points. You can get 2 of them for free each season provided that you get to the battlepass level they are at the other 11 require you to have bought the battlepass.

You can earn CP in older callofduty's too and use them in MW and vice versa

Oh yeah I forgot there was also some down time at some point where they gave everyone 300 CP after the problem was fixed (I forgot what the problem was though)

No definitely not cp! I recorded it and it actually said press square to claim battle pass tokens. After l claimed them then it said press square to purchase battle pass tier skip, which is normal. When l did it l thought somehow l had purchased something but l hadn’t, so as you can imagine l was quite happy but l do want to know where they came from?
