DMZ Being Invited To A Party IMMEDIATLY On Loading Up MW2

The instant I hit the lobby after loading up the game, I am immediately invited to a Party..

I have never joined because it's kind of creepy...

The inviter is not on my FRIENDS list..

I am just wondering how is that being done..

Probably someone got your id from the after action report and went from there.
