Warzone Can't Climb Down a Ladder...

Just installed this game for free on Blizzard's app and hopped into a Warzone Game. Climbed up a tower for possible loot and couldn't get back down the ladder. Eventually I jumped off the side, ending my Warzone career. Maybe I'll try again next year.

I've been playing FPS games since Wolfenstein. This is the first time I couldn't get down a ladder. Maybe I needed more training?

You do have an infinite parachute so any height that is above the level where you take damage/die from falling you can deploy your chute. Not sure if ladders are bugged or it was just intended to get down only using the parachute or what but at least you have an option to get down.
