Can't find anything around about this, but recently I noticed an attachment that is called "Frangible" under the "Ammunition" attachment category. This seems to be separate from the frangible perks because I cannot find it anywhere. I have a perpetual green icon telling me there's a new unlock, but when I go to gunsmith, nothing is there.
