CO-OP High Ground: Choose role BEFORE match

Title says it all; I love going ground I rarely like that use that chopper, but we should be able to pick BEFORE the match (i.e choose your role after you choose your kit) to AVOID people wanting to choose the same role and LEAVING when they refuse to play the other role (waste of time).
