CoD Positive Reinforcement

I was thinking..... like Overwatch has a system that rewards good behaviors..... why doesn't CoD have something like that...especially when it comes to Comms.....like if a teammate is a great player but a trash team mate we should have a system that breads cooperative teamwork and inspires positive comms.....unlike LoL or Dota or any other team game..... anybody with me?

Awesome in theory. Don't see how it can be implemented without being abused.

Would be nice though to play the different games and actually have a full lobby of people that wanted to do the same.

We already.... sort-of... have this. Infinity Ward gives you random gifts for logging, playing, reporting, server timeouts, server waiting, etc. In fact, they even extended the Double XP event recently because of the server timeouts/waiting times.

I was thinking something more like Overwatch...at the end of the match players get thumbs up and different accolades from other players and are rewarded with xp and lootboxes.
