consistent packet best and lag

hello when im playing the new call of duty i get consistent lag burst and packet loss my internet is good as i get steady line when i run speed test and im getting 300mbp and 30 download but doesnt happen on any other game what could be the issues i have looked everywhere to try and sort the problem and all i get is best settings and fps stuff please could someone help

Meh you are not alone. my xbox-x every other or every 1/3 games I seem to have fits of lag and etc.

Actually does not seem to care what game mode I am in too. TDM or Zombies.. Just seems like Zombies does not effect me so bad as TDM
