Couple of questions on daily XP challenges

So

1. Does everyone else have there XP Bonus challenges renew at midnight their time or Do they reset for midnight EST?

2. When the XP daily bonus challenges do reset. Does anyone else like myself need to reboot the game in order for them to show properly? IE like the tokens for battlepass

3. When they do reset do we all get the same challenges or do they vary person to person. I do see several people changing gear over to certain things IE more shock sticks or suddenly there are everyone trying to use drill charges etc.. However I noticed last night there seemed to be a mix of say those 2 instead of just one.

Personally I hate the timing I wish it reset at 9pm EST everyday.. I get sucked in at midnight when I want to jump off and spend another hour completing the days challenges. Sometimes I get them all done in like 30 minutes but usually there are a couple in there that can be a challenge

I'll leave the questions for someone else to answer, but I'll explain the much talked "reset" in Season 2. These are related to the Seasonal Challenges you asked i think in 3. These are old Challenges from pre-season and Season 1. So, when everything resets, you won't be able to go back to them later.

I think the reason is bloat. They want to clean up code so there's not much overlap with upcoming Challenges. I think they learned from Warzone 1.

Most of the time, everyone has similar or the same challenges. If you played Warzone's challenges, you'll find easter eggs. It was a whole thing. We were getting nuke easter eggs, and it turned into a cinematic where Soap snuck in to stop it.
