When I attempt to launch the game I am greeted with this error code and the game immediately closes. I am first asked if I would like to launch the game in safe mode, selecting safe mode also has the same outcome.
My specs are as follows,
7900XT, 32gb ram, 7600X, Windows 11
So far I have tried these "Fixes" suggested by other websites, forums, and Activision support.
- Updating graphics driver
-Updating bios
-Downclocking/under volting video card
-Using different EXPO ram settings/Disabling EXPO
-Reinstalling the game
-Reinstalling Battlenet
-Reinstalling Windows
-Insuring a phone number is tied to my battle net account
-Disabling all background applications/Overlays
-Removing extra peripherals connected to PC
-Insuring no hardware was overheating
- Verified game files
- Clearing temp files
-Deleting player files
-Disabled all extra sound Input/output devices
-Ran Memtest86
-Ran Cinebench
-Ran Furmark
-Insured Call of duty had an exception through Windows firewall
All three bench mark utilities ran with no errors or overheating.
I would appreciate any suggestions I can add to my list. I continue to pursue activision support however it is extremely slow (3-6) day reply times that always come back with a single suggestion that I have already tried. I also attempted to contact Battlenet support but was told they would not help with Warzone related crashes.
I've also asked for help from Activison on Twitter, Instagram, youtube, Facebook, and Reddit.
It may also be worth noting Call of duty Modern warfare and Call of duty black ops both work fine. I also experience no problems playing any of my other games across any of my other game launchers (Steam, Uplay, Epic, etc)
