Every game so sweaty

I've been digging MW for longer than any other COD game and I play a fair bit of war zone too. But suddenly every lobby I get is ULTRA SWEATY. I mean, I suddenly suck so hard that games is no fun any more. Guys are tagging me before I can even react. This HAS to be a SKMM issue but I don't know what to do about it. Is there a PS4 equivalent to deleting my cookies? Or is it just time for me to get a life and stop playing this stupid game?

Disable cross play thats how. I found that out today after getting my ass kicked all the time.. This way u can eliminate the pc players who are the best w their super advanced gaming mouse and all.. I been dying less now and sustain more hah.
