Excited for Zombies

Zombies really hasn't been as good as it could be, and I'm hoping BO3 is going to turn that around. The mode is fun no doubt, but I really like it when they really push the story of Zombies on you. I was actually really impressed with the Invasion mode from Ghosts, and with the star power they have for the Zombies mode in BO3, I'm thinking they'll pull it off.

What are you looking from in the Zombies mode specifically? I would love a few in-mode challenges that give you bonuses each round if you complete them, as well as some general objectives to push a narrative.

That's interesting to have challenges with a bonus when completed. I really enjoyed all of the easter eggs in Tranzit and would love it if they brought a little bit of that into the new zombies.

Maybe they could make it in such a way that after completing portions of the easter egg, you would be rewarded with some kind of special weapon or free mystery box item. Something like that would be pretty interesting.

I don't, however, like the idea of having objectives in a zombie game (unless they are unnecessary). One part of me really likes having no other objective than killing all the zombies and surviving. Interesting idea though.

See, I guess that's where I sit on the narrative. I don't think the objectives should be intrusive, in fact the opposite. The gameplay and focus would be the same, but an objective to get to each room, or something like that would be cool.

That is an interesting concept!! Each room or area having its own unique objective would be fun. Something non intrusive such as killing so many zombies with grenades in that room. It could make the game even more fun if certain objectives were not advertised and gamers just began discovering them!

Maybe there could be one mode where the only way to open certain doors is to complete certain objectives (rather than just spend points). That would be more intrusive but it would certainly be a change from past zombies games.

I love the ideas you put forth. I'm on the same boat. I'd love to have some bonuses for each round completed. I love the incorporation of zombies, they're so fun.

I seriously can't wait for Black Ops 3 zombies. From what I've seen so far, it's going to be great fun, and I believe it will only improve upon the formula they brought in Black Ops 2. Sledgehammer Studios' Exo Zombies was a bit boring and bland, but it was still some great fun due to the exo suit. I'm just hoping they'll implement the movement ability just as well in Black Ops 3.

Hello everyone! My name is Jorge Solis. I am also very excited for the Zombies part of these games. I actually very much enjoyed the zombies part of Call of Duty Black Ops II. I know that a lot of people say that the survival mode in COD MW 3 is better. Yet, I think there is just something so much fun about killing zombies. What do you guys think?

I've been loving and playing zombies since the very beginning and I still can't get enough of it, it's so much fun! But with Advanced Warfare I feel like the took some of the old fun and elements out of it and I didn't like it as much as any prior CoD zombies, but I'm looking forward to BOIII zombies and I'm sure it'll be great!

I'd love for a new zombies experience. I'm confident this team will pull it off as well as they have in the past. They certainly have the money and the fanbase to warrant a good amount of gameplay in that mode. I'll probably hold off and wait for others to talk about it before I really get into wanting the game.

I've always loved COD zombies, and how it's a perfect mix between a campaign and multiplayer, stuck in between the two modes perfectly. Black Ops 3 Zombies look like they'll be a big new thing for a few months, then die down. Once Treyarch adds DLC for the zombies it'll be revitalized for a while. I'll be waiting and keeping my hype down until it actually comes out.
