Extreme numbers equipment and scorestreaks

I need some help on this. A friends combat record shows weird extreme numbers of used equipment and scorestreaks like 3879650 c4 and a few million care packages and other things. How can he undo this?

It could be a glitch your friend did or just a glitch in the game, I'd just disregard unless it is consistently there
