Finding a lobby

I am constantly struggling to get into lobbies with the game going up to 90ms ping and then staying there. I have read the “fixes” regarding disbanding parties etc, but I tend to be a solo player. Is there a permanent fix to connect to the servers?

I’m in the Uk, but I’ve set my Xbox to USA as well and got the same result. It seems to find a lobby/match for so many times and then nothing

Off, I don’t like playing against PC players, I’m on a xbox
