David Vonderhaar teased his followers with a tweet about BO2's Emblem Editor. It looks more robust.. It looks like you can edit it completely from the ground up.

it looks awesome! a hell of alot better that the one on black ops 1. to be honest, I did not like the one back on black ops 1 too much. but this one looks alot better
