Greetings, Devil Dog! Welcome to the Call of Duty Forums. It looks like you're looking forward to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, but haven't created an account yet. Why not take a minute to hello, ive been playing BOCW free access since few days ago and the experience has not been good. the frame drops every few seconds and it drops again almost everytime im aiming at opponents. im quite certain that my laptop can run this game steadily at least 35fps at low settings, but no matter what settings im in the frame still drops every few seconds. i have tried to optimized the game in nvidia experience and control panel, still doesnt work, put the game in high/realtime priority, doesnt work. When the frame isnt dropping i got like around 35fps or maybe more depending on the settings.
Here are my specs. gtx1050 4gb, i7-7700hq, 16gb of ram, Lenovo Y520. Im curious if my internet connection is the problem since i live in Southeast asia, and it is quite slow. but then my friend who live just a few blocks from me has no problem playing this on his old base ps4 model. I also try the Beta for this game back then, and i dont recall having frame rate issues.
so if anyone has a solution please let me know. i really enjoy the content but the frame drops is making this game unbearable. thanks in advance.
